Ronnie Bailey, owner Ronnie has been a hair stylist for over 24 years Ronnie opened Visage in 1991, and moved the Salon and Spa to it's current location in 1998 She attributes her success to her wonderful staff and loyal clients
Monica Joy Bailey, hairstylist Graduate of Marc's Cosmetology School of Beauty in 1985 Has 20 years of hairstyling experience Enjoys razor cutting, dry cutting, excellent in fine, straight hair, texturizing serivces, and coloring Likes to personalize your style by taking her time
Michele Barrick, nail technician Completed her education from International Beauty School With 7 years of professional experience, the last 6 with Visage, she promotes a natural approach with fine detailing to nail care
Cathie Becker, hairstylist Former secondary school educator turned cosmetologist She has 30 years experience, the last 17 with Visage Salon and Day Spa Her skills include advanced training with Martin Parsons Systems in Toronto,Canada, as well as numerous courses in hair and skin care
Sheila Brennan, hairstylist Sheila has been a vital part of Visage Salon since their opening in 1991 Graduated from Hairstyling School in 1973 and has kept up with all the current trends by attending yearly classes and seminars Her services include haircolor, cutting, and texturing services

Rebecca Fielder, nail technician She obtained her license through Harford Community College in 2002 and joined the Visage staff in 2005 She specializes in nail art, acrylic nail application, and pedicures with focus on relaxation massage techniques

Sharon Kangas, spa therapist and aesthician Certified Spa Therapist and Licensed Aesthician Graduated from Catherine E. Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Medford, Massachusetts Post graduate studies in advanced asethetics in Spanish Forks, Utah 12 years experience in clinical skin care treatments including: acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, photo-aging, wrinkles, fine lines, and dehydrated skin Specializes in professsional glycolic and jessner resurfacing peels, spa facials, body treatments, wraps, relaxing massage, facial and body waxing, and lash and brow tinting
Diana LaTosh, hairstylist Diana graduated in 1994 from Robert's Institute in Towson, MD She specializes in the latest haircut trends and excels in multi-dimensional color and highlights, color correction, and special event styling She continues her education by attending classes in the New York, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. areas
